FAQs

Salvation is the act of accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. It includes confessing your sins, being forgiven and made new in your heart, believing that Jesus is the living Son of God, and choosing to make God the leader of your life. (John 3:16, Romans 10:13, John 14:6, I Timothy 2:5-6)
Confess with your mouth and believe with your heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and ask Him to forgive you of all your sins and be the Lord and leader of your life. (Romans 10:9)
Here's a prayer you can say to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior:
Dear God, I know mankind needs a savior, and I know I can’t save myself. Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God; You died on the cross for my sins, and God raised You from the dead. Right now, I confess You as my Lord and Savior, as the One who forgives me and restores me. Thank You, Jesus! My past is forgiven, I have a relationship with You, and I am a new creation in Christ because I have said YES to You.
Salvation is a gift from God and cannot be earned through good deeds or living a good life. Good works are a natural response to salvation, not a means to achieve it. (Ephesians 2:8)
Salvation is available to anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as their Savior and wants to become His follower. (Titus 2:11)
Baptism is an outward sign of a personal decision to follow Jesus. It is an event that takes place after salvation.
Once you have said YES to following Jesus, begin to live your life in relationship with Him. That means you get to know Him by talking and listening to Him in prayer, reading His words to you in the Bible, and obeying what He says. (2 Corinthians 5:17) Check out the steps above to get started!
