How To Access Your Online Group

You can access your Online Group or Class by following these steps:

First let's log you in to ark.info. Click below to login:
Login

1. Click on the Menu at the top-right corner of ark.info, then click My Groups
2. Select your desired class from your list of classes
3. On the class detail page click on the Go To Class Meetings and Content button under Class Content
4. You'll see a list of Sessions. IMPORTANT: The latest Session will not be "clickable" until 15 minutes prior to meeting time! When the session becomes active click on your desired Session from the list.
5. Within 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, a box titled Class Resources will appear. In that box you'll see a Join the Class link. Click Join the Class to join the class meeting.
6. At the next screen follow the corresponding steps:
   • On a Laptop or Desktop Computer or an Android device:
     1. You'll have the option to either (1)download the Microsoft Teams App or (2)Continue on your browser or use web app instead. Use option 2 and continue on your browser with the web app.
     2. Next, you'll need to Allow the use of your camera and microphone on your computer. (in order to participate in the class you'll need to have a microphone, a camera is not required)
     3. From there, you'll enter your name, select your camera & microphone settings, then click the Join Now button
     4. You'll be placed in a virtual lobby until the class or group leader brings you in
   • On an Apple (iOS) Device:
     1. If you don't already have it installed, you'll be prompted to download the Microsoft Teams App from the App Store. (don't worry, it's free!)
     2. After downloading the app, go back to the Session page on ark.info and click on the link to Join the Class
     3. This will open the Teams app and allow you to enter your name and select your camera & microphone settings. Click the Join now button.
     4. You'll be placed in a virtual lobby until the class or group leader brings you in
